1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) form an agreement between you and Nodegrid Games (“Nodegrid,” “we,” or “us”) for your use of this website and any Nodegrid game, demo, prototype, or related service that links to these Terms.

By accessing or using a Nodegrid product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the product. If you use a product on behalf of another person or organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for them.

2. Access and eligibility

You may use Nodegrid products only if you can form a binding agreement under the law that applies to you. If you are under the age of majority where you live, use the products only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.

Third-party stores and platforms may impose their own eligibility rules, account requirements, software licenses, and terms. Those rules apply alongside these Terms when you use Nodegrid through the relevant platform.

3. License and ownership

Subject to these Terms, Nodegrid grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use Nodegrid websites and games for personal, non-commercial entertainment and evaluation.

Nodegrid and its licensors own or control the websites, games, software, artwork, writing, audio, video, trademarks, logos, and other content made available through our products. Except for the limited license above or as allowed by law, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, publish, publicly perform, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit Nodegrid content.

Any license granted by a third-party store or platform may contain additional rules. If those rules conflict with these Terms for that store or platform, the mandatory platform terms control the relevant part of your use.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• break any law or regulation, infringe another person’s rights, or use a product for fraud or abuse;
• cheat, exploit bugs, manipulate rankings or rewards, or use unauthorized automation or third-party tools to gain an unfair advantage;
• reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to discover source code, except where applicable law expressly permits it;
• circumvent access controls, licensing checks, security features, or technical limits;
• interfere with, overload, probe, scrape, or damage a website, game, network, or other user’s experience;
• upload malware or content that is unlawful, harmful, harassing, hateful, deceptive, or invasive of privacy; or
• use Nodegrid branding or content to suggest an endorsement or affiliation that we have not approved.

5. Messages and submissions

If you send us feedback, ideas, bug reports, or other material, you give Nodegrid permission to use, reproduce, modify, and share that material for operating, improving, and promoting our products without payment to you. Do not send confidential information or material you do not have the right to share.

You remain responsible for what you submit. We may remove or decline to use a submission that violates these Terms or creates legal, security, or operational risk.

6. Third-party services and links

Nodegrid products may link to or rely on third-party stores, hosting, fonts, analytics, payment services, communities, or other services. Those services are provided under their own terms and privacy policies. Nodegrid is not responsible for third-party services that we do not control. Our collection and use of information, including game analytics, is described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Changes and availability

Nodegrid products may be experimental, unfinished, changed, suspended, or discontinued at any time. We may update content, features, requirements, or these Terms. The date above identifies the current version. Your continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms.

We do not promise that a product will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or compatible with every device. Keep your own backups of local saves and other important data.

8. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nodegrid products are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits a warranty, right, or remedy that cannot legally be excluded or limited in your jurisdiction.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nodegrid and its owners, team members, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, revenue, goodwill, or business arising from or related to your use of a Nodegrid product.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, or certain personal-injury claims where such limitation is prohibited.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access to a Nodegrid product if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created risk for the service or another person, or if the product is discontinued. You may stop using a product at any time. Provisions that by their nature should continue, including ownership, disclaimers, liability, and dispute terms, survive termination.

11. Applicable law

These Terms are interpreted under the laws that apply to Nodegrid Games’ principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except that mandatory consumer protections and rights in your home jurisdiction remain unaffected. Disputes may be brought before a court with lawful jurisdiction.
